1. How many people can stay?
The full-site hire sleeps up to 33 guests across The Pavilion and four cottages.
2. Is it really private?
Yes. Full-site hire means exclusive use of the estate accommodation and facilities. There are no shared spaces and no neighbours nearby.
3. What’s included in the Family and Friends Package?
You get exclusive use of The Pavilion plus all 4 cottages. You also get access to the dam and kayaks, bush trails, pool, open paddocks, friendly farm animals and more. Toiletries and a starter pack (tea, coffee, firewood) are included.
4. Is it good for kids (and are there safety considerations)?
It is a favourite for families. Kids love the animals and wide open spaces. As with any rural property, children should be supervised around water and outdoor areas.
5. What is the cancellation policy?
You get 30-day free cancellation with a full refund of your $1,000 deposit. If flood or fire makes access unsafe, you can reschedule once within 12 months at no extra cost.
6. Where is Sherwood Farm and what’s nearby?
We are around 40 minutes from Coffs Harbour. There is easy access to local attractions for optional day trips. Most groups find there is plenty to do onsite without leaving.
7. Can we get early check-in or late checkout?
Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability. Ask when you enquire and we will confirm what is possible.
8. How do we get the promo savings?
Book direct via our website for stays booked up to 30 November 2026. Enquiry and deposit are required to secure your dates. Package availability is limited to 5 bookings per month. We recommend checking dates early.
