Every celebration unfolds a little differently. This is the rhythm most groups naturally fall into.

Most groups stay two or three nights, depending on the dates.

For weekends, we generally require a minimum three-night stay, allowing enough time

to arrive, settle in, celebrate, and enjoy the property without feeling rushed.

For midweek stays, a two-night stay may be available, depending on the season

and booking schedule.

Longer stays are always welcome.

This place was stunning!! We had the best time, enjoying the beautiful scenery, roasting marshmallows around the fire, feeding Bambi, swimming in the pool. It was just so peaceful being in nature whilst staying in really comfortable luxury accommodation. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure everything was catered for. We couldn’t have asked for more, we will definitely be back!!

A large group of us (7 families) stayed here and it was absolutely beautiful. The setting is peaceful and spacious, with plenty to keep both kids and adults entertained including a pool, tennis court, barbeque and the very friendly animals (Bambi and Stefano were a hit!). The host, Karolina, was really lovely - friendly, approachable, and very responsive. She helped us with several queries during our stay and was great to deal with. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we’d highly recommend this place, especially for a large group.

We hired the entire property for our company Christmas party. Words cannot express how amazing this property and the team looking after it are. Cannot wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Sherwood Farm over the past few days. The house is very well laid out, incredibly spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and clearly very well maintained. We especially enjoyed the pool area and the tennis courts, which were great amenities. The fire pit areas-both indoor and outdoor-really made our stay and created such a cozy, memorable atmosphere. The host was also extremely responsive and helpful throughout our visit. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Sherwood Farm was a beautiful location. We spent a week there over Christmas. The accomodation was spacious and the layout of the property was perfect. There was ample space for 13, all in beds. Bathrooms were stocked and great size. The Pavilion was open yet cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The Nook was ideal for the teenagers. The outdoor space was enjoyable. So much to do - swimming, basketball, tennis and plenty of room for cricket and golf. The pony and goats were a bonus - loved feeding them everyday. Jahna and Bic were amazing so responsive to our questions and needs. Sherwood Farm is a very special property and one we will never forget. Look forward to going back again.

From the moment we arrived, the tranquility and serenity of the space was noticeable. To get there is a little drive, but totally worth it. Everything is well thought out and spaced appropriately. It’s so quiet in the best way possible. It makes the sounds of nature so much more prominent and beautiful to listen to. We will make an effort to come back again , certainly for a longer visit. Thank you to the hosts who are very welcoming and kind.

Secure your dates with a $1,500 booking deposit. Wedding and celebration bookings may be transferred to a future available date within 12 months if notice is provided more than 60 days prior to arrival.

In the event of heavy rains, flood, fire, or unsafe access conditions affecting the property, bookings may be rescheduled within 12 months at no additional accommodation cost

Q: How many guests can stay overnight?

Up to 34 guests across the Pavilion (with The Nook) and four cottages. The estate is set up for whole-site exclusive use, so everyone stays

in one private place.

Q: Can we have more than 34 guests at the celebration?

Additional event guests may be approved subject to guest limits and additional event fees. All celebrations and events are capped

at a maximum of 50 guests onsite at any one time.

Q: Can I bring a caravan or glamping tent?

Caravan setups and glamping tents may be arranged in selected areas with prior approval.

Q: Is it really private?

Yes. With exclusive full-site hire, the entire estate is reserved solely for your group. Set within 500 acres of secluded countryside and surrounded by nature, the property offers complete privacy with no shared spaces or other guest bookings during your stay.

Q: Can we hold a wedding or celebration at the property?

Yes. Many groups host weddings, receptions, vow renewals, milestone celebrations, and private gatherings during their stay. The estate is designed for relaxed multi-day experiences where your celebration becomes part of the overall stay.

Exclusive hire gives your group complete privacy across the property, while additional event guests may be approved for celebrations of up to 50 guests onsite at any one time, subject to prior approval and an additional guest fee.

Q: What’s included with whole-site exclusive hire?

Exclusive hire includes private use of The Pavilion, all four cottages, and the entire 500-acre estate for the duration of your stay. Guests have access to all onsite amenities including the pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, firepit, dam with kayaks, forest walking trails, open paddocks, and outdoor entertaining spaces.

Fresh linen, pool towels, toiletries, tea, coffee, firewood starter pack, reception tables, chairs, glassware, plates, cutlery and one set of table linen are also included.

Catering, bar service, marquee hire, styling, florals, entertainment and additional event infrastructure are not included, however we’re happy to recommend trusted local suppliers to help bring your celebration together.

Q: What’s not included?

Catering, bar service, marquee hire, styling, florals, entertainment, generators, additional rubbish removal, wedding planning services, and table linens are not included in the accommodation hire.

However, we’re happy to recommend trusted local suppliers and experienced event partners during your enquiry process to help bring your celebration together seamlessly.

Q: Do you supply marquees, furniture or styling?

We are working with local partners on flexible options for marquee setups, furniture hire and styling. In the meantime, you are free to bring your own suppliers. Tell us what you have in mind in your enquiry and we will share what we can support and what we recommend.

Q: How does pricing work?

Pricing is “from” because every stay is different. Final price depends on your dates, the season, and the length of stay. Send an enquiry with your details and we will send a written quote within one business day.

Q; Where is Sherwood Farm?

123-125 Featherstones Road, Sherwood NSW 2450. Around 40 minutes from Coffs Harbour. Most groups find there is plenty to do on-site without needing to leave.

Q: What about kids?

Kids love it – the animals, the pool, the wide open space. As with any rural property, children should be supervised around water and outdoor areas. Cottages have flexibility for families with children.
